| 520 | |a La importancia de este tema, el problema de las lagunas, radica en la necesidad que tiene el sistema jurídico de presentarse como un ente que se considere lo más pleno posible, coherente y unitario a la vez, convirtiéndose estos rasgos en imprescindibles para el ordenamiento jurídico, viéndose afectado no solo con la presencia de las lagunas en la ley, sino además con el silencio sobre la forma de solucionarlas. Se analiza a nivel de teoría general del derecho la problemática surgida como consecuencia de las llamadas lagunas jurídicas, que constituyen un problema que afecta al dogma de la plenitud en todos los ordenamientos jurídicos. El argumento será abordado en términos de teoría general, para pasar a examinar la misma disciplina específica contemplada en el ordenamiento canónico vigente, es decir en el c. 19 del CIC 1983. | ||

The problems spung from legal vacuums, affecting the dogma of the plenitude in every juridical system, have been analized at the level of law general theory. The issue will be discussed in terms of general theory and after according to the current provisions of the canon law, i.e.c. 19 (CIC 1983). | ||
