| Summary: | Ireneu of Lião developed his theology to refute the thought of the Gnostics who distorted the Scriptures and taught that there were three types of human being: hylic, psychic and spiritual. Ireneu dedicated himself to knowing their doctrine, studied their thought in detail, and sought to present the Christian doctrine, based on the Tradition of the apostles and Scripture. Ireneu’s anthropology is biblical, optimistic, and according to him, the human being is a unity of body, soul and spirit. Furthermore, the human being was created by God to have the vision of God one day, that is, to achieve divinization., Ireneo de Lyon desarrolló su teología para refutar el pensamiento de los gnósticos que distorsionaron las Escrituras y enseñaban que había tres tipos de seres humanos: hílicos, psíquicos y espirituales. Ireneo se dedicó a conocer su doctina, studió en detalle su pensamiento y buscó presentar la doctina cristiana, basada en la Tradición de los apóstoles y la Escritura. La antropología de Ireneo es bíblica, optimista, y según él el ser humano es una unidad de cuerpo, alma y espíritu. Además, el ser humano fue creado por Dios para tener un día la visión de Dios, es decir, para lograr la divinización., Ireneu de Lião elaborou sua teologia para refutar o pensamento dos gnósticos que distorciam as Escrituras e ensinavam que havia três tipos de ser humano: hílico, psíquico e espiritual. Ireneu se dedicou a conhecer a doutrina deles, estudou de forma minuciosa o seu pensamento, e procurou apresentar a doutrina cristã, com base na Tradição dos apóstolos e na Escritura. A antropologia de Ireneu é bíblica, é otimista e, segundo ela, o ser humano é uma unidade de corpo, alma e espírito. Além disso, o ser humano foi criado por Deus para ter a visão de Deus um dia, ou seja, alcançar a divinização. |
