These individuals represent the wider demographic in the American theological education sector and include: Anna, a strategic and data-driven office worker; Brett, a white Ph.D. student who is also a faculty member; Sofia, a dynamic Pentecostal with Hispanic roots; Ellie, a young white woman who has multiple master’s degrees and is currently completing a Ph.D.; and Justin, an African-American who pastors a multi-racial congregation. |
