There are a number of accounts in Islamic history that express the roles played by women and that is why Islam is gender sensitive in all affairs of life as both man and woman form a society. This research therefore examines the status of women especially that of Muslims in this century and calls them to the challenges ahead of them towards the modernisation in Islamic perspective. | ||
