In this book, Engels’ analysis about the Peasants’ War of 15624-1525, emphasised the role of the greatest leader of the peasant rebellion, preacher Thomas Müntzer, outling mostly his role as a political leader than the religious issues which motivated the start of the Peasants’ War. Thus, this book became a masterpiece for the further marxist political theory, specially for those thinkers who dedicated to link religion and politics. |
