Lo studio procede considerando in una prima parte alcune aree nelle quali è storicamente emerso, negli scritti della Lubich, il tema della “spiritualità collettiva”, in particolare il discorso sulla santità e l’immagine del “castello esteriore”. Nella seconda parte, si delineano i contenuti di tale spiritualità, affrontando le tematiche del fratello come “via” a Dio, la presenza di “Gesù in mezzo”, il riferimento a “Gesù abbandonato”, il rendersi “nulla” dei credenti nel dono di sé reciproco, la partecipazione alla vita della Trinità come senso ultimo di una “spiritualità collettiva” in senso cristiano. | ||
| 520 | |a This contribution intends on analyzing an expression used on more that one occasion by Chiara Lubich (foundress of the Focolare Movement), according to which the Movement’s “spirituality of unity” is a “collective spirituality”. This study proceeds by first considering some areas in which there truly emerges, in the writings of Lubich, the theme of “collective spirituality”, in particular the discourse on holiness and the the image of the “interior castle”. In the second part, the contents of such a spirituality are laid out, dealing with the themes of the brother/sister as a “way” to God, the presence of “Jesus in the midst”, the reference to “Jesus forsaken”, that of believers becoming “nothing” in the reciprocal giving of self, and the participation in the life of the Trinity as the ultimate meaning of a “collective spirituality” in the strictly Christian sense. | ||
