AB Following the declaration of the Council, "the whole Church is missionary" (AG 35), the present essay aims to show that such a doctrine has its foundation in the theology of the Baptism and the sacraments of the initiation, by which every Christian, united in Christ by his Spirit (cf. Gal 3,26-28), became son of God (cf. Gal 4,6) and consequently each other brother, to form a saint and royal priesthood, with the same prophetic munus of Christ for proclaiming his works, but each according to the gift of the Spirit (charisma) and the function established by God in the Church (cf. 1Cor 12,7-10.28-30).
AB Seguendo le parole del Concilio, che "tutta la Chiesa è missionaria" (AG 35), il presente saggio vuole mostrare che tale affermazione ha il suo fondamento nella teologia del Battesimo e degli altri sacramenti dell'iniziazione cristiana, per mezzo della quale i credenti, rivestiti di Cristo (cf. Gal 3,26-27) e ricevendo il suo Spirito, diventano figli di Dio e fratelli tra loro (cf. Gal 4,6-7) e, in questa condizione, sono costituiti in un sacerdozio santo e regale (cf. 1Pt 2,5-9), con cui sono associati al sacerdozio di Cristo e al suo munus profetico, per il quale tutti, senza distinzioni, sono abilitati a proclamare le sue opere (cf. 1Pt 2,9) ma ciascuno secondo la propria condizione ecclesiale (laici, religiosi, pastori) e il dono ricevuto dallo Spirito (charisma) per la funzione assegnata da Dio (cf. 1Cor 12,7-10.28-30).
