Cette étude argumente que, pour Israël, la méthode de l’année de non-accession et un Nouvel An en Tishri sont toujours appliqués, tandis que, pour Juda, toujours la méthode de l’année d’accession et, d’abord, un Nouvel An en Nisan et, à partir de la chute de Samarie, un Nouvel An en Tishri. La chronologie reconstruite sur la base des données dans le texte massorétique et la Septante prend en compte les synchronismes avec la Mésopotamie et l’Égypte. | ||

The interpretation of the biblical data is complicated by the diversity of the material among and within the traditions and the fact that the calendrical principles that are applied are not indicated in the texts. The present study argues that, for Israel, the non-accession year system and the Tishri New Year are always used, whereas for Judah always the accession year system and, at first, a Nisan New Year and, beginning from the fall of Samaria, a Tishri New Year. The chronology reconstructed on the basis of the data in the Masoretic Text and the Septuagint takes into account the synchronisms with Mesopotamia and Egypt. | ||
