總結:The article examines a peculiar feature of the language of Paul in Galatians, namely the occurrence of some 43 prepositional phrases with distinct theological overtones. It is suggested that these phrases are in fact theological formulas which have an important function in the development of the apostle's argument in the letter. They represent key theological concepts in abbreviated form and presuppose familiarity with a whole network of relations as part of the wider framework of the apostle's theological thinking. The function of these formulas on the linguistic, rhetorical and theological level is discussed and the way in which they are integrated to present a forceful and coherent argument in Galatians.
