It is argued that the letter has not yet been approached adequately from the vantage point of its distinct macro-structure. Where this is attempted, for example by Peter Wick (1994), it not only reveals a careful original structuring by the author, but allows the accommodation and corrective interaction of a multiplicity of valid previous observations, of which some are briefly indicated.
