Against the background of studies since Chenu, in this article grace is persued as a theological form, a thread of Christian revelation which, far from only existing in its section at the end of the I-II, underlies most of the major sections of this theology. Such an investigation explains how the early treatments of God in the ST are not a theodicy but find their proper theological climax in supra-natural levels of being, and how the ST in its first two Partes employs the mode of crescendo, moving from being to the special life of God called "grace". | ||
