By drawing the attention to the historical and methodological questions that such a topic gives rise to, some significant examples are brought forward in order to show that the young Aquinas is already very well acquainted with Aristotle’s Metaphysics. | ||

En considérant le cas des citations de la Métaphysique dans le Commentaire du Ier livre, on engage une réflexion sur la façon dont Thomas lit, interprète et utilise Aristote au début de sa carrière. À partir d’une analyse des questions historiques et méthodologiques soulevées par ce sujet, une série d’exemples significatifs est prise en considération. On montre ainsi que le jeune Thomas maîtrise déjà fort bien la Métaphysique d’Aristote. | ||
