| Summary: | This paper shows how confirmation holism, justification holism, semantic holism and social holism lead to a strong argument in favour of scientific realism. Furthermore, this argument can encompass the atomistic ontology of physics, without having to link a fundamental ontology of atoms to an epistemology that would provide a foundation of our knowledge. Cet article montre comment le holisme de la confirmation, le holisme de la justification, le holisme sémantique et le holisme social mènent à un argument fort en faveur du réalisme scientifique. De plus, cet argument peut intégrer l’ontologie atomiste de la physique, sans avoir à lier une ontologie fondamentale des atomes avec une épistémologie qui pose un fondement de notre savoir. |
