La Note montre comment, à l'encontre d'une conception traditionnelle, le langage, en dépit de son immanence, est précisément ce qui nous autorise, d'une façon restrictive d'ailleurs et pour le moins paradoxale, à parler d'un Dieu transcendant, d'un autre du langage qui nous fait signe dans et par les limites de celui-ci. How can we consider, in our own age, Transcendence, if it be true that we are confined inside language, the crucible of all experience? Such is the problem posed by the work of D. Bourg, Transcendance and Discours, Ed. du Cerf, Paris 1985. This Note shows how, in opposition to a traditional conception, language in spite of its immanence, is precisely that which allows us, in a restrictive, and at least paradoxical fashion, to speak of the Transcendent God, and in another of language which within its own limitations is meaningful to us. | ||
