L'auteur propose ensuite une appréciation de cette conception de l'histoire et de ses présupposés théoriques. Il tente enfin de montrer quel profit le théologien peut tirer de cet examen pour enrichir de thèmes traditionnels une conception du Droit de l'Église, sacrement du salut. En annexe, une bibliographie copieuse d'études relatives à la pensée de Sohm. A documentary and critical note on R.S.'s contribution to the attempt to work out a theological concept of the Law of the Church. In a presentation of the canonical works of Sohm, the study brings out first a theological thesis and an interpretation of history which is dependent on it. Then the author tries to evaluate this concept of history and its theoretical presuppositions. Finally he attempts to show what profit the theologian can draw from this examination in order to enrich, by means of traditional themes, a conception of the Law of the Church, sacrament of salvation. He also appends a very full bibliography of studies which are relevant to the thought of R. Sohm. | ||
