Un tel bilan pluridisciplinaire pourrait ouvrir la voie à une interprétation renouvelée des textes bibliques du Nouveau Testament. This article presents a synthesis of the research on verbal aspect from the nineteenth century up to the present. It leads to a definition of this grammatical category that is based on the latest discoveries related to aspect both in the fields of linguistics and psycho-linguistics. It is hoped that such an inter-disciplinary study may pave the way to a better interpretation of New Testament texts. | ||
