Dans cette seconde partie consacrée à l'exégèse, ce texte poétique fait ressortir qu'au voisinage du discours de la Sagesse (24, 3-22) le discours du sage (24, 30-33) se présente comme le moment où celui-ci prend conscience que son attitude de contemplation et d'action imite le mouvement même de la Sagesse. C'est par la Torah comprise au sens de la Révélation de Dieu que la Sagesse atteint le sage et inversement (v. 23b). La Sagesse est immanente à la Torah comme l'eau l'est au fleuve, sa communication effective est immanente à l'agir du sage comme l'irrigation effective l'est à l'horticulture. This article deals with the relationship between Wisdom and the wise man in the syriac version of Sir 24, 30-33. In this second part, dedicated to the exegetical study, this poetical text brings out the fact that, close to the speech of Wisdom (24, 3-22), the speech of the wise man (24, 30-33) appears like the moment when the wise man becomes aware that his attitude of contemplation and action imitates the very movement of Wisdom. It is through the Torah, understood as the Revelation of God, that Wisdom reaches the wise man and vice-versa. Wisdom is inherent to the Torah just as the water is inherent to the river, its actual communication is inherent to the wise man's action just as actual irrigation is inherent to horticulture. | ||
