For this purpose a questionnaire including attitude scales was administered to 141 students the entire male enrollment of a co-educational parochial high school. The general hypotheses tested are: (1) Levels of occupational aspirations will vary directly with socio-economic status. (2) Socio-economic status differences will be reflected in the respondents' attitudes toward money work, opportunity, and the acceptance of illegitimate means. (3) Attitudes toward money, work, opportunity, and the acceptance of illegitimate means will be related to occupational aspirations.
