It formulates twelve "theses" in this regard, stressing the significance of apocalyptic in Paul's theology and of the last judgment as background to his proclamation of the gospel. It also asserts the centrality of Paul's view of Christ in "Adamic" terms and the necessity of seeing the absolute continuity between Father and Son in assessing the soteriological function of Christ's death. |
