The goal of the present contribution is to test this assumption as it relates to the text of the Acts of the Apostles in the Codex Bezae. With the aid of the concept of ethnicity, and especially the idea of common ancestry, we aim to discover how this text, compared to the text of Codex Vaticanus, depicts the relation of ethnic identity with the Jewish people. Contrary to what might be expected from Ehrman's suggestion, the text of Acts in Codex Bezae emphasizes the indicators of Jewish ethnic identity., French abstract: À la suite des travaux de E. J. Epp, B. D. Ehrman situe l'origine de l'ancêtre du texte du Codex Bezae dans un milieu antisémite, ce qui expliquerait les tendances anti-judaïques de ce texte. Cette localisation du discours idéologique dans un milieu spécifique, caractérisé par une attitude négative envers le peuple juif pour des raisons ethniques, semble se fonder sur la supposition selon laquelle le texte a été produit par un chrétien d'origine non-juive. La présente contribution cherche à tester cette supposition pour le texte du livre des Actes tel qu'il se lit actuellement dans ce codex. A l'aide du concept de l'ethnicité, et en particulier l'idée d'une ascendance en commun, nous chercherons à répondre à la question de savoir comment ce texte, comparé à celui du Codex Vaticanus, se positionne envers le peuple juif. Contrairement à ce que la position de Ehrman suggère, le texte des Actes dans le Codex Bezae renforce les indicateurs de l'appartenance ethnique au peuple juif. | ||
