Le séminaire consiste en une combinaison d’événements en face à face sur les trois sites, de modules en ligne et d’une « phase d’observation », au cours de laquelle les étudiants ont l’occasion unique de travailler directement avec des leaders sur le terrain. Au cours du séminaire, les participants développent les bases théoriques nécessaires à la compréhension du sujet, se familiarisent avec le quotidien des responsables d’organisations à but non lucratif en contact direct avec eux, et travaillent sur une étude de cas sur le thème de l’éthique des affaires. | ||
| 520 | |a The aim of the Transformative Leadership programme is to provide theoretical and practical insight into the field of leadership in public, non-profit and value-based organisations, and to discuss leadership-related topics in an interdisciplinary and international environment. The seminar consists of a combination of face-to-face events at three sites, online modules, and an ’observation phase’, during which students have the unique opportunity to work directly with leaders in the field. During the seminar, participants develop the theoretical basis for understanding the subject, learn about the daily lives of non-profit leaders in direct contact with them, and work on a case study on the theme of business ethics. | ||
