| 520 | |a This paper offers a critical and multidisciplinary study aimed at providing an assessment of the available knowledge after the crisis of globalization. It focuses on a review of the founding principles of Economics & Business, from a humanistic perspective, in order to clarify their authenticity and validity, as well as to assess their feasibility in a post-globalized era that steers toward the knowledge society. Without an awareness and an action plan, there exists the risk of moving towards a global consumer mass society that may lead to a loss of human values and sociability conditions, and which prioritizes having over being (welfare over happiness, business over leisure, enterprise over profession, desire over experience, etc.). This paper attempts to remove the main obstacles that cloud our understanding of the post-globalized world, so it can be studied for what it is. | ||
| 520 | |a Se ofrece un estudio crítico e interdisciplinario, evaluador del conocimiento disponible, tras las crisis de la globalización. Se centra la atención en la revisión de los principios informadores de las CC. Económicas y Empresariales, desde una perspectiva humanista, para determinar su autenticidad y vigencia, además de contrastar cuáles son viables para una posglobalización orientada hacia la sociedad del conocimiento. Sin una toma de conciencia y una acción planeada, se corre el riesgo de avanzar hacia una sociedad masa global de consumo, donde se acentúe la deshumanización y asocialización, al primarse el tener al ser (el bienestar a la felicidad, el negocio al ocio, la empresa al oficio, la pulsión a la experiencia, etc.). Se aprovecha para retirar velos de confusión extendidos que impiden reconocer el mundo posglobalizado y estudiarlo tal como es. | ||
