Summary: | The aim of this article is to analyze the sustainability of the recovery management accomplished by the finance companies when one of these grants a loan to purchase an asset (automobile). It surveys the human factors that influence negatively on recovery of debt. It provides the minimal necessary conditions towarrant the loan granting. It establishes the search for the excellence and addsa good practice decalogue which offers some solutions to distribute the available resources in optimum way. El objetivo de este artículo es analizar la sostenibilidad de la gestión de recobro realizada por las entidades financieras cuando una de éstas concede un préstamo para la adquisición de un bien mueble (automóvil). Examina los factores humanos que influyen negativamente en la recuperación de la deuda. Dispone los requisitos mínimos necesarios para garantizar la concesión del préstamo.
