| Resumo: | The immigration phenomenon constitutes one of the worries of many countries. In the last decades, Spain has encountered one emerging movementin the migratory process. Dealing with the immigrating population proves it self to be difficult and the complexity rises when faced with the irregular immigration. Regulation regarding immigration is needed to achieve quality management.An approach to the Marrocan immigrant population allows us to reflect uponthe rights and circunstances ot this collective. El fenómeno migratorio constituye una de las mayores preocupaciones de los estados. España, en las últimas décadas se ha enfrentado a un movimiento emergente en el proceso migratorio; la gestión del contingente inmigrante se muestra difícil y, la complejidad aumenta cuando se enfrenta a la inmigración irregular. La regulación en materia de inmigración se hace necesaria para una gestión de calidad. Un acercamiento a la población inmigrante marroquí nos permite realizar una reflexión que facilite un posicionamiento frente a la biografía de los inmigrantes como sujetos de derecho. |
