| Σύνοψη: | This article tries to gather in a few pages the most important aspects inthe reflection on the immigration in Spain, because of it the title of «general panorama». It descrives the demographic reality, its implantation in the territory,the labour market characteristics of the immigrants and their integration in the Spanish society. All this with an aim: to highlight the importance of the phenomenon of the immigration in the current Spain and the need to attend from the systems of social protection to his multiple facets (labour, educational,familiar, etc.) in the conviction of which with it we all win. Este artículo pretende recoger en unas cuantas páginas los aspectos más importantes en la reflexión sobre la inmigración en España, por eso el título de «panorama general». Entra en la descripción de la realidad demográfica, de su implantación en el territorio, de las características laborales de los inmigrantes y su integración en la sociedad española. Todo ello con un objetivo de fondo: resaltar la importancia del fenómeno de la inmigración en la España actual y la necesidad de atender desde los sistemas de protección social sus múltiples facetas (laborales, educativas, familiares, etc.) desde el convencimiento de que conello ganamos todos. |
