In our country, Familiar Mediation takes shape as a new career that has received the approval by eleven laws of Familiar Mediation from the Autonomous Communities. This profession is expanding in Spain, in the same way as it has been done in the main countries of our surroundings. The mediation professional is who has to give credibility to this Institution, this justify the urgent need of training and being qualified forthe job.The Profession of Social Work has in the mediation a new and attractivefield of work | ||
| 520 | |a En los últimos años venimos comprobando cómo la demanda de mediación ha ido creciendo como gestión positiva de intervención de conflictos en todos los ámbitos de interrelación humana. Pero sobre todo, es en el ámbito familiar, concretamente en los conflictos derivados de las separaciones y divorcios, donde ha tenido un mayor impulso en todos los países americanos y europeos. En nuestro país, la Mediación Familiar se configura como una nueva profesión avalada por las once Leyes de Mediación Familiar de las comunidades autónomas. Ésta profesión se está abriendo paso en España, de la misma manera que ya lo ha hecho en los principales países de nuestro entorno. El profesional de la mediación es quien va a dar credibilidad a ésta Institución, esto justificala necesaria formación y capacitación específica para el ejercicio de la misma. Los profesionales del Trabajo Social tienen en la mediación un nuevo y atrayentecampo de intervención. | ||
