| Итог: | The Enneagram, an ancient theory about personality, reveals a universal knowledge abouth the human being and invites us to work deep in ourselves,with the intention of becoming a fair person, overcoming the mask of the personality.The Focusing Method, centered in the body, comes from the experiencial psicology and opens a way to find the inner-truth, implicit in the body knowledge.In this work we make a theoretical synthesis of both disciplines integrating themin a workshop based on the Focusing Method. El Eneagrama, antigua teoría de la personalidad, devela un conocimiento universal sobre el ser humano que propone trabajar sobre sí mismo, con e lobjetivo de convertirse en una persona justa y ecuánime, superando «las máscaras» de la personalidad. El Focusing, método que proviene de la psicología Experiencial, centrado en el cuerpo, abre el camino al encuentro de la verdad interior, implícita en la sabiduría corporal. En este trabajo realizamos una sín tesis teórica de ambos abordajes y presentamos un taller de integración de estasdos disciplinas basado en el método de Focusing. |
