The majority of adolescents are not engaged in the most important risk behaviors. However, 22% has taken part on a fight last year, 7.5% has been involved in a car or motorcycle accident, 20% was wearing the helmet on motorcycle and 4.7% was not using seatbelt on the travelling with friends. 10% indicated eating disorders. The most used drugs were tobacco, alcohol and cannabis and 28% had got drunk in the last year. 18% had had sexual intercourse and one of ten adolescents had had sexual relations without consent. There had been found important differences on the analyzed risk behaviors between sexes, grade/age and ethnic autoidentification. The Religious factor and Communication family factor were important for those students that have not taken risk behaviors. | ||
| 520 | |a Este estudio analiza los comportamientos de riesgo sobre violencia, uso de drogas, relaciones sexuales, seguridad vial y trastornos de alimentación en una muestra representativa de 1.720 estudiantes madrileños de los cuatro cursos de la ESO. La mayoría de los adolescentes no presentan importantes conductas de riesgo. Sin embargo, el 22% había participado en alguna pelea en el último año, el 7,5% se había visto implicado en algún accidente de coche o moto, el 20% no se había puesto el casco cuando había montado en moto, ni el 4,7% el cinturón de seguridad cuando viajaba en coche con sus amigos. El 10% señalaba problemas de alimentación. Las drogas más consumidas fueron el tabaco, el alcohol y el hachís y el 28% se había emborrachado en el último año. El 18% había tenido relaciones coitales y uno de cada nueve adolescentes había tenido relaciones sexuales no consentidas. En algunos de estos comportamientos se encontraron importantes diferencias por sexo, curso y autoidentificación étnica. Por último, el factor religioso y el factor comunicación familiar fueron mayores en aquellos estudiantes que no presentaban estos comportamientos de riesgo. | ||
