| Σύνοψη: | This paper publishes the results of a research about social volunteerism in Madrid. The research with focus groups shows that there is a strong volunteering sector in Madrid. The volunteers from Madrid belong to social organizations that have a clear image about themselves. These social organizations have an intensive internal life; they have hope in social changes, creativity and a critical point of view, but they are not developing a lobbyist public action. This paper analyses in detail the characteristics of the organizations and the components of the necessary plan to improve them. Este artículo publica los resultados de una investigación sobre voluntariado social en Madrid. La investigación con grupos de discusión muestra que hay un fuerte voluntariado en Madrid. Los voluntarios madrileños pertenecen a organizaciones sociales que tienen una clara imagen de sí mismas. Estas organizaciones sociales tienen una intensa vida interna, tienen esperanza en cambios sociales, creatividad y un punto de vista crítico, pero no están desarrollando una acción de incidencia pública. El artículo analiza detalladamente las características de las organizaciones y los componentes del plan necesario para mejorarlas. |
