| Summary: | Similarities of Saint Ignatius Spiritual Exercises and the individuation process described by Jung are explored. Firstly, the phases described in that process and then, the importance agreed to Christ by Jung and his knowledge of Ignatian Spiritual Exercises are reviewed. Thirdly, an analysis of Ignatius life as a process of individuation and its relevance in the origin of the Spiritual Exercises is intended. Finally, the article concludes establishing a parallel of each one of the stages of the Exercises with those of the individuation process. El artículo explora las semejanzas entre los Ejercicios Espirituales de San Ignacio y el proceso de individuación o plenificación humana que postula Jung. En primer lugar señala las etapas que Jung distingue en él. A continuación aborda la importancia que otorga Jung a Cristo y su conocimiento de los Ejercicios Espirituales de San Ignacio. En tercer lugar, se adentra en el análisis de la vida de Ignacio como proceso de Individuación y en el origen de los Ejercicios Espirituales. Concluye finalmente haciendo un paralelo de cada una de las etapas de los Ejercicios con las del proceso de Individuación. |
