| Summary: | We can see a summary with the problems and defense of the Fundamental Rights of individuals who work for ideological companies and the problems European countries and other states, due to their separation churchstate and the defense of the principles of liberty, justice and equality, must face on a context of co-existence of their own legal systems and the laws of the religious communities. The exposition of the increasing trend of ideological confessional companies inclined to extend their activities and the defense of their norms and values, which differ sometimes from the principles of the European society. A summing up of the few existing laws covering this matter and the problems courts must face when deciding the importance of fighting against any form of discrimination, based on religion or belief, presented by individuals or religious communities. The necessity of passing similar laws for ideological companies and so avoid the confrontation of Fundamental Rights at courts and the necessity of protecting the aim of individuals and religious communities to maintain and save their principles and values. Se recoge en este trabajo un resumen de los problemas y la defensa de los Derechos Fundamentales de los individuos que trabajan en empresas ideológicas o de tendencia. Los problemas que los países europeos y otros estados deben afrontar, debido a la separación iglesia-estado y a la defensa de los principios de libertad, justicia e igualdad, en un contexto de coexistencia de sus propios sistemas legales y las leyes de las comunidades religiosas. Se presenta una exposición de las necesidades especiales de las empresas ideológicas confesionales, en defensa de ciertas normas y valores, defendidas por dichas empresas, y que, en muchas ocasiones, difieren de los principios de la sociedad europea. También, las pocas leyes existentes actualmente sobre esta cuestión y los problemas que los tribunales deben encarar para resolver los importantes enfrentamientos, ante cualquier forma de discriminación ideológica o religiosa, presentados por individuos o comunidades religiosas. Se recoge el aumento de la tendencia de las empresas ideológicas, que extienden sus actividades en este sentido, y la necesidad de aprobar más leyes, similares a las pocas existentes, sobre este tema para evitar el enfrentamiento entre Derechos Fundamentales y proteger las metas de los individuos y de las comunidades religiosas para lograr mantener y defender sus principios y valores. |
