Este artículo ofrece un comentario canónico a la Instrucción de la Congregación para la Educación Católica en la que se ofrecen orientaciones para una adecuada salvaguarda de este derecho en los procesos de admisión y formación de los candidatos al sacerdocio, extendiendo el estudio a la Vida Religiosa.
