| Summary: | The signs of the times have been a constant worry in the work of prof. Luis González-Carvajal. The present study analyzes two visions of the spiritual climate of our time: that of Michel Henry and that of the Nobel Prize of Literature Mario Vargas Llosa. The increasing disappearance of the ethics, the art and the religion goes to what the first one names barbarism; and the society of spectacle, of the second one, warns of the increasing banality of the current culture. This study ends up by contributing some tracks on how living through the faith in this context. Los signos de los tiempos han sido una preocupación constante en la obra del profesor Luis González-Carvajal. El presente ensayo analiza dos visiones actuales del clima espiritual de nuestro tiempo: las del fenomenólogo Michel Henry y las del Premio Nobel de Literatura Mario Vargas Llosa. La creciente desaparición de la ética, el arte y la religión lleva a lo que el primero denomina barbarie; y la sociedad del espectáculo, del segundo, avisa de la banalización creciente de la cultura actual. El ensayo termina aportando unas pistas sobre cómo vivir la fe en el contexto evocado. |
