As a charismatic event it has characterized itself for offering new inspirations vis-à-vis the permanent challenges of evangelization, which have materialized in new institutions. Without diminishing the personal authority of the superior, with ingenuity and adaptation, we now find new styles of governance in religious institutes. This article will address the Book II, Part III, Section 1, Title 2, Chapter 2 of the Code of Canon Law/83, which deals with the «Governance of Institutes». We want to show how, in Religious Institutes, saving the necessary and indispensable principle of personal authority of superiors, the various chapters, councils, committees, meetings and other participatory bodies continue on the path of renewal to which Vatican II Council invited them. | ||

La vida religiosa sigue siendo para la Iglesia un «adelanto» del Espíritu Santo. Como evento carismático se ha caracterizado por ofrecer a los permanentes desafíos evangelizadores de éste tiempo, nuevas inspiraciones las que se han materializado en nuevas instituciones. Sin disminuir la autoridad personal del superior, con ingenio y adaptación, existen hoy en los Institutos Religiosos nuevas maneras de gobierno. Este artículo tratará del Libro II, Parte III, artículo 2, del CIC/83 que trata acerca el «Gobierno de los Institutos». Queremos demostrar cómo, en los IR, salvando el necesario e insustituible principio de la autoridad personal de los Superiores, los distintos capítulos, consejos, comisiones, asambleas y otros órganos de participación continúan en la senda de la renovación a la cual los invitó el CVII. | ||
