This apart, the drawing up of the new norms on diverse occasions offers aspects worth commenting either because they turn out to be obscure or because they show another interest. | ||

A ellos se añaden ahora diversos delitos que ya están contemplados en el CIC o fuera de él, así como otros que son simultáneamente tipificados y reservados a la CDF en estas nuevas normas. Con ello el número total de estos delitos pasa a ser más de doble que antes. Esto aparte, la redacción de las nuevas normas presenta en diversas ocasiones aspectos que merece la pena comentar, bien porque resultan confusos o porque revisten otro interés. | ||
