Un Endowment è un'accumulazione di assets con la finalità di salvaguardare nel tempo il valore del capitale, erogando nel contempo dei rendimenti finanziari all'ente di riferimento. Il nostro studio cerca di individuare se questo strumento di inverstimento può contribuire ad assicurare l'integrità patrimoniale di una persona giuridica canonica pubblica. L'indicazione di un patrimonio stable (c. 1291) cerca di garantire nel tempo la sussistenza economica e l'adempimento delle finalità proprie delle persone giuridiche pubbliche, e tale indicazione può essere concretizzata nel veicolo di investimento rappresentato dall'Endowment. | ||
| 520 | |a In this paper we describe some of the basic features regarding the financial figure of an Endowment. It is a financial vehicle allowing any entity to preserve the integrity of its patrimony, at the condition to manage it in a right way. An Endowment is an asset accumulation for preserving in time the value of a specific capital and for granting some revenues to the entity owning it. Our study aims to identify if this investment vehicle could contribute to assure the patrimonial integrity of a public juridic person according to canon law. When a juridical person indicates a part of its patrimony as "stable patrimony" - ac - cording to canon n. 1291 - it is to assure its economic foundation and to reach its objectives during time. Our thesis is that this indication could be financially assured by setting up an Endowment. | ||
