Esta vitalidade, atestada pelo crescimento exponencial da produção em história religiosa e do interesse dos investigadores por esta disciplina, é o resultado de um processo que assenta numa tripla evolução: da disciplina em si mesma (que, tendo origens apologéticas, se converteu numa disciplina histórica); do universo religioso (particularmente o católico no século XX); e da cultura europeia (em relação à qual se identifica um conjunto de mudanças que contribuíram para a reconfiguração da história religiosa). | ||
| 520 | |a Nous présentons une réflexion sur l'itinéraire et la vitalité de l'histoire religieuse et de l'historiographie dans le contexte de l'évolution contemporaine culturelle. Cette vitalité, comme en témoigne la croissance exponentielle de la production dans l'histoire religieuse et l'intérêt des chercheurs dans cette discipline, est le résultat d'un processus qui repose sur trois faits: la discipline elle-même (qui, ayant des origines apologétiques, est devenu une discipline historique), le monde religieux (en particulier l'Église catholique au XXe siècle), et de la culture européenne (par rapport à laquelle il identifie un ensemble de changements qui ont contribué à la reconfiguration de l'histoire religieuse). | ||

This robustness is demonstrated in the exponential growth in religious historical outputs and the interest of researchers in the field and results from a process based on a three dimensional evolution: of the subject in itself (which, out of apologetic origins, became a historical field), in the religious universe (particularly the Catholic in the 20th century), as well as European culture (regarding which a range of changes leading to a reconfiguration of religious history is identified). | ||
