We divide the study into four sections: an introduction in which we present the problem and the sources; a brief characterization of the institution according to doctrine and canon law; the trajectory of our characters; and an invitation to a broader reflection. As we will see, these judges played a strategic role in the pastoral and judicial action of the bishops. | ||
