Din görevlilerine; ‘hazırlayıcı eğitim kursuna ne kadar ihtiyaç duydukları’, ‘hazırlayıcı eğitimin kurs başlamadan önce yapılması’, ‘kursa ka- tıldıktan sonra kendilerinde ne gibi eksiklikler gördükleri’, ‘kurs programının mesleki ihtiyaçlarına ne kadar uygun olduğu’, ‘kursun süresinin yeterliği’ ve ‘kursta yeterli mesleki bilgi alıp almadıkları’ hususlarında sorular yöneltilmiş- tir.Din görevlilerinin hazırlayıcı eğitim kursuna ihtiyaç duydukları, hazırlayıcı eğitim kursunun göreve başlamadan önce yapılmasını istedikleri, kurstan sonra kendilerini özellikle kıraat açısından yetersiz gördükleri, kursun süresini yeterli bulmadıkları, kursa ilişkin genel anlamda olumlu görüşe sahip oldukları, kursu işleyiş ve program açısından beğendikleri araştırmada ulaşılan önemli sonuç- lardandır | ||
| 520 | |a The Directorate of religious Affairs educates the new education stuff in preparatory training courses. In this study, we implemented a survey to the reli- gious education stuff who joined educational course in Elazığ Harput religious education center in 2009. The participants were asked questions about the need to preparatory education course, the preparatory educational course’s being started before the course, the insuffi ciency they realized after the course, the conformity of the course programme to the professional needs, the adequacy of the duration of the course, having suffi cient information from the course. The participants said they needed preparatory educational courses and indica- ted that the preparatory courses should be held before they were appointed to the job. They also added that they had insuffi ciency knowledge especially in the Qur’an Recitation and said the duration of the course was inadequate.
