Summary: | The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze the job satisfaction of managers in the oil industry. One hundred and fifty three full-time managers from Saudi ARAMCO participated in the study. T-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were employed to analyze the data. The results indicate that there were significant differences in job satisfaction across age, years of experience, education, and management rank. Suggestions for future research are provided. |
