Quattro canonisti membri della Redazione e un civilista rispondono a questa domanda offrendo un quadro sufficientemente completo, anche se non del tutto coerente ed esaustivo, per coloro che operando sul campo intendono porre in atto già ora metodi nuovi di operare e per coloro che intendono riflettere su prospettive piu stabili da prevedere nei tribunali ecclesiastici dopo la fine dell'emergenza. | ||
| 520 | |a The pandemic that has struck the entire world has highlighted the possibilities of the web to alleviate the discomforts of forced confinement and has also posed the question whether the use of the web could constitute a remedy, albeit a partial one, for the resulting slowing down of procedural activity, especially investigations. Four canon lawyers, members of the editorial staff, together with a civil lawyer, respond to this question. They offer a sufficiently complete picture, though not entirely systematic and exhaustive, for those who, working in the field, want to put new work methods into place even now, and for those who wish to reflect on future possibilities of a more stable nature to be implemented in ecclesiastical tribunals after the end of the emergency. | ||
