| Résumé: | Marc Boegner a consacré deux livres à son oncle Tommy Fallot, l’initiateur en France du mouvement du christianisme social. Dans un premier temps cet article montre la méthode que M. Boegner a utilisée pour présenter celui qui fut son « père spirituel » ; de fait, il a eu recours à de très nombreuses citations, car il a voulu « faire parler Fallot ». Ensuite, à l’aide de quelques exemples, l’article expose comment M. Boegner a retracé les principaux aspects de la vie et de la pensée de T. Fallot. Marc Boegner devoted two books to his uncle Tommy Fallot, a pioneer in the Social Gospel in France. This article first sheds light on the method Boegner used to depict his “spiritual father,” namely the use a plethora of quotations on the grounds that he wanted to “allow Fallot himself to speak.” Secondly, it offers several examples illustrating how Boegner narrated the main aspects of Fallot’s life and thought. Marc Bœgner hat zwei Bücher über seinen Onkel Tommy Fallot, den Initiator der Bewegung des „Sozialen Christentums“ in Frankreich, verfasst. Zunächst zeigt der Artikel mit welcher Methodik M. Bœgner seinen „geistlichen Vater“ dargestellt hat, nämlich mit einer Vielzahl von Zitaten, er wollte „Fallot selbst sprechen lassen“. Sodann stellt der Artikel anhand einiger Beispiele dar wie M. Bœgner die wichtigsten Aspekte des Lebens und des Denkens von T. Fallot nachgezeichnet hat. |
