AB A priest contacted the Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts, seeking insight into a lacuna legis of CCEO Canon 35. The question dealt with the passage of a Gregorian Orthodox faithful into the Catholic Church, when that Church did not have a corresponding Church sui iuris.
