En prolongement, il ébauché une approche de «l'universalité» fondée sur le constat de la diversité des modes dialogiques et de leurs ancrages. Il débute par une catégorisation de différents «styles dialogiques» qu'il relie à la notion de «jeu de langage», tout en soulignant l'écart entre les deux concepts: le changement constant de «règles du jeu» caractérise les pratiques dialogiques. Il continue en inscrivant cette approche des styles dialogiques dans une réflexion sur l'origine et la variété des pratiques culturelles, révélant la fragilité d'un ordre symbolique qui ne subsiste que d'évoluer dans l'échange. En fin de compte, c'est la fluidité du dialogue qui en fait l'universalité. Il est alors possible de voir l'histoire comme la trame d'une conversation souvent coupée et toujours en attente d'être continuée. Several fields of knowledge contribute to the study of the categories, techniques and uses of «dialogue».This essay investigates the cultural depth of the term and of the practices it covers. By extension, it outlines an approach of «universality» based on the recognition of the diversity of «dialogic modes» and of their anchorages. It begins with a categorization of different «dialogic styles» that connects to the concept of «language game», while underlying the difference between the two concepts: the constant change in the «rules of the game» characterizes dialogic practices. It continues by inserting this approach of dialogic styles into a reflection on the origin and variety of cultural practices, uncovering the fragility of a symbolic order that perpetuates itself only by evolving through exchanges. Ultimately, it is the fluidity of dialogue that makes it universal. It is thus possible to see History as the weaving of a conversation often cut off and always waiting to be continued. | ||
