AB The affirmation of a natural desire to see God is not marginal in the thought of Saint Thomas. Interpretations differ, however, on this bold thesis. The article proposes some reflections on the theme, which may serve to situate Henri de Lubac's own position on the subject in relation to Saint Thomas' exposition.
