Pasteur à la forte personnalité, homme libre, Pilatte ne se laisse enfermer dans aucune école. C'est un citoyen confronté aux nombreux changements de régime de ce temps dans une région qui, à la suite de sa réunion à la France, rencontre beaucoup de difficultés à s'adapter à son nouveau statut. Pasteur mais aussi homme de plume, passionné de journalisme, Léon Pilatte crée et dirige plusieurs revues et journaux dans lesquels il expose ses opinions sur des sujets assez divers. This article narrates the life and work of pastor Léon Pilatte in Nice. From 1856 on he took responsibility for the new-born Church in a particularly difficult political context. He was a pastor with a strong personality and of independent mind, refusing to be bound to any school of thought. He was a citizen facing the numerous régime changes of his time, in a region which, following its reunion with France, was encountering many difficulties in adapting itself to its new status. A writer as well as a pastor, and an enthusiastic journalist, Léon Pilatte founded and directed several magazines and newspapers in which he expressed his views on many and varied subjects. Dieser Artikel erzählt das Leben und das Wirken des Pastors Léon Pilatte in Nizza. Er nahm ab 1856 in einem schwierigen politischen Umfeld die entstehende Kirche in die Hand. Als starke Persönlichkeit und freier Mann lässt sich Pastor Pilatte keiner Schule zuordnen. Er ist ein Bürger, der mit den verschiedenen Veränderungen der Regierung seiner Zeit in einer Region konfrontiert war, die nach ihrem Anschluss an Frankreich grosse Schwierigkeiten antraf, um sich an ihren neuen Status zu gewöhnen. Als Pastor aber auch Schriftsteller und leidenschaftlicher Journalist gründete und leitete Léon Pilatte verschiedene Zeitschriften und Publikationen, in welchen er seine Meinungen zu verschiedenen Fragen kundtat. |
