When the “itinerant-preacher” narrates his past history, he pre-sents it as alifeabsolutelynaked, as purebiological materiality, thereforewithout any ethical-political qualification. Based on Agamben’s analysis aboutthe testimonies of the survivors the Nazi camps, the article investigates howthe testimony of the “itinerant-preacher” is elaborated as a symbolic exacer-bation of a “naked life”, converted into a commodity to be sold at the religi-ous market. The more “naked” is the exposition of the shattered life, the morepossibilities of selling it gets. | ||
