The contributors range from the well known to the relatively new to the field, and come from globally diverse academic provenances. Their topics range from familiar problems such as Euthyphro’s ‘dilemma’ to the questionable justness of some acts of generosity, and include discussion of ideas promoted in the Slovak enlightenment, of the questionableness of divine love towards those suffering in hell, and of the significance of evolution in understanding ethics.
