The text presented is that of Bidez and Hansen (GCS 1960), without apparatus criticus. That was a wise decision, but no mention is made of Hansen's second edition (1995), nor of the further textual adjustments which Hansen made in FC 73. The latter amount to some 140 ‘not inconsiderable’ changes, quite apart from punctuation, paragraph division, and minor corrections (see FC 73/1, p. 71). | ||
