Moreover, the wide variety of materials contained in Numbers (poetry, narrative, laws, tribal lists, census lists, victory songs, itineraries, etc.) merely adds to the difficulty of discovering the book's inner cohesion. The aim of the present volume by Won W. Lee is to identify the interrelatedness of the various units contained in Num. 10:11–36:13 by adopting ‘an empirically verifiable procedure’ (p. vii). | ||
